Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.
Change of Mind
As a small, newly launched Australian business, we’re taking careful steps to grow sustainably and we truly appreciate the support of our community as we introduce this new product.
At this stage, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, so we’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided that:

All tags and packaging are intact

The product shows no signs of wear
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind requests are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@livincoau.com within 14 days of delivery with:
• A description of the fault
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
We will assess and offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with ACL.
How to Return

Email us at hello@livincoau.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will approve and provide return instructions.

Pack securely and send using a trackable service we recommend retaining proof of postage.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
