By placing an order through the Livin’Co website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase, particularly if you are purchasing a product on pre-order.
1. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Livin’Co reserves the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product becomes unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurs, or we are unable to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order and payment has been received, we will provide a full refund.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, including for pre-orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3. Pre-Orders & Estimated Dispatch
Some products offered by Livin’Co may be available for pre-order before they are ready to be dispatched.
When you purchase a pre-order product, you acknowledge that the product is not yet ready for immediate dispatch and that the estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the product page or communicated to you before purchase.
Our current estimated dispatch timeframe for pre-order products is mid-December 2026, unless a different timeframe is specified on the relevant product page. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Pre-order products may be subject to manufacturing, quality-control, freight, customs or other supply-chain delays. If we become aware of a material delay, we will notify affected customers and provide an updated estimate and information about the available options.
If Livin’Co is unable to fulfil your pre-order within the agreed or a reasonable timeframe, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include cancellation and a full refund.
4. Pre-Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at livinco.contact@gmail.com.
We will consider cancellation requests in accordance with our cancellation policy and applicable law. If a cancellation is approved, any refund due will be returned to the original payment method where practicable.
Nothing in this section limits your rights to cancel an order or obtain a refund or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page or in communications sent to you.
Estimated dispatch dates refer to when an order is expected to leave our fulfilment location, not when it will arrive at your delivery address. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping provider and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information.
If your order is delayed, lost or not delivered, please contact us so we can assist. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
6. Refunds, Returns & Consumer Guarantees
We want you to be happy with your Livin’Co purchase.
Our returns and refunds policy applies to eligible change-of-mind returns, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.
Australian Consumer Law provides consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by these Terms & Conditions. If a product is faulty, does not match its description, is not fit for a disclosed purpose, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy, depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Product Information & Images
Product Images, Accessories & Styling
Product images and videos on our website and social media may show the Livin’Co bag alongside accessories, personal items or props for styling and illustrative purposes. Unless expressly stated in the product description, these additional items are not included with the purchase. Your order includes only the product and any accessories specifically listed in the product description.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our product images accurately represent the product offered for sale.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Livin’Co website, including our branding, logos, images, designs, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Livin’Co and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, Livin’Co is not liable for loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable or that is not caused by our breach of these Terms & Conditions or other applicable legal obligations.
10. Privacy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in that policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website with a revised date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or alter obligations applicable to an order already placed, except where permitted by law.
